13 Silent Hill: Shattered Memories ($101)
An oft-coveted semi-reboot of the classic survival horror series Silent Hill, 2009's Shattered Memories was one of that last well-received entries in the franchise before Konami more-or-less pulled the plug on it following 2012's Book of Memories.
Though it's currently listed as going for as little as $100, prices for loose copies of this game can sometimes spike to more than $200. It's certainly a pricey PS2 purchase, but it's a must-buy for any serious fan of the Silent Hill games.
12 ObsCure ($125)
An ironically-titled and oft-forgotten second-rate survival horror experience, ObsCure takes some serious cues from the Silent Hill franchise. A survival horror game primarily set in a singular location featuring some seriously demented monsters and placing a heavy emphasis on puzzle-solving, ObsCure a neat oddity for fans of the genre.
However, it'll come at a price, as even loose copies of this game go for more than $100. Yet, though it was quickly overshadowed by the respective fourth entries in the Silent Hill and Resident Evil franchises, it's still worth remembering all these years later.
11 Futurama ($126)
Something of a hidden gem and a surprisingly quality tie-in title, Futurama on the PS2 is beloved by fans of Matt Groening's second most famous series, Futurama. A witty and biting cynical jab at modern culture, it's still an enjoyable experience to play through despite its aging references.
However, getting a hold of a copy can be a bit tough, as even loose versions of the game often cost around $125. It may be tempting to boot up an emulator, but we would argue that, in some cases, it's tough to beat the original physical versions of these games.
10 Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 ($130)

Most famous for their Persona series, they often catered particularly toward the niche but well-regarded JRP genre, and most of their game releases are very limited in the West.
Such was the case with Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner 2. Releasing in 2008, two years after the North American release of the PS3, it was a tough title to get a hold of. Only available as an expensive box set originally, these days, picking up a loose copy will likely cost a collector upward of $140.
7 Def Jam: Fight For NY ($164)
Def Jam: Fight for NYis a hip hop-based game that was released on a variety of home consoles, including the PlayStation 2, in 2004. This game features a variety of real-life rappers as characters in the game, including Snoop Dogg, Ludacris, and Flavor Flav. The game has a story mode that follows the player's character through the underground fighting world of the city as they take on opponents and make their way up the ranks.
This game has become pretty rare for collectors and is a popular game for people interested in hip-hop music. A loose disc copy of this gamecan go for around$165.
6 Time Crisis 3 (GunCon 2 Bundle) ($180)
Originally gaining traction in the arcades in the late 1990s, Bandai Namco's Time Crisis games would eventually make their way over to home consoles. A light-gun-compatible on-rails shooter, it was a one-of-a-kind experience for Western games.
Though a standard copy with a single GunCon peripheral can often be obtained for less than $20, those looking to get their hands on the rare GunCon 2 release will need to shell out some serious dough. Forking out all that money for an extra light gun—which likely won't work with most modern-day setups—may seem extreme, but they'll certainly make for a nice conversation piece.
5 Blood Will Tell ($201)

.hack//Quarantine is the fourth and final game in the.hack series. This game was released in 2003 on the PlayStation 2 and is part of a massive Japanese franchise that encompasses multiple games, manga series, and anime. This entryfollows the storyline from the previous games, set in an alternate future in which a computer virus caused mass havoc on every computer in the world and the Internet was shut down until an MMORPG called The World is released and changes everything.
